PICKING UP THE SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

MicroFreight Express is not obligated to collect the shipment from the transporters or warehouse keepers and to deliver it to the client. In case MicroFreight Express receives an instruction from its client to pick up the shipment, therewith the client is entitled to pay for the received service. At the same time, MicroFreight Express will not take responsibility for any damages of the shipment up to the moment when it has been accept by the transporter. MicorFreight Express is obligated to examine the shipment before it is received by the transporter, to the extent that the conditions allow it, and if it notices some impropriety, the shipment will not be received unless the transporter or his agent give a written report for the cargo incorrectness.
MicroFreight Express may dispatch the goods together with those of other consignors in consolidated shipments or on a general bill of lading, unless he has been expressly ordered in writing to proceed otherwise. Should a consignee refuse acceptance of a consignment dispatched to him, MicroFreight Express is entitled to reasonable remuneration for the return transport of such a consignment or for recycle costs at agent`s warehouse. Should MicroFreight Express incur expenses due to delayed acceptance of delivery, such expenses will be borne by the principal.
